Rainy Day in Florence Area
Hunted eight caches in Florence area today - found six. I have been meaning to get up the Siuslaw River east of Florence for some time now to pick up some scattered caches that would make my “cleared” area look much cleaner if I could just get them out of the way! Got all three of them today! The “Power Tower Climb” cache was exhilarating - short but steep road to walk and got hailed on as I was returning to the pickup!
Found two more just west of the USFS Sutton Campground north of town. Also picked up the new one out at Riley Ranch near Hauser as I was heading up the highway this morning.
Spent the afternoon updating this blog and the family blog.
