Leaving Brookings
Check-out time wasn’t until 1pm so Darren and I thought we’d squeeze a little more caching in before heading back up the coast. Managed to just find one - Surfer Beach. We spent quite a bit of time looking for 4-Leaf v2.0 cache but had to leave with our geo-tails tucked…....
Packed up the trailer and headed north hoping to stop for a few caches along the way. I didn’t get far - stopped just three miles up the highway and did a short hike for Boardman Challenge #2.
Stopped again at Whaleshead Beach to find The Twins and Middle Fork Whaleshead Creek caches. The later was quite a tough hide - very tricky….but I got it!
Also picked up two brand new caches put out by brand new geo-friends Go Coastal.
Was good to get home and see my honey again.
