Columbia, Meet Willamette; Willamette, Meet Columbia
Day two of caching while Pat attends a conference in Portland. Today’s primary destinations are Kelley Point Park at the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette rivers and the far NW portion of Forest Park.
Three caches awaited me at Kelley Point Park; one traditional, one multi-stage and one Earthcache. Great weather to get out and walk these nice trails. Found the two physical caches and collected all the information needed for the earthcache with no trouble. Not too many folks out here today - bet that’s a different story on the weekends!
Crossed the St. John’s bridge to access the NW end of Forest Park where I found a relatively new series of caches placed along Newberry Road.
The final cache for the day was actually a Terracache which I detail in a separate post.
