Boardman Birthday
Meeting family at Boardman for our annual reunion. Not huge, mind you…five campsites at Boardman Marina Park. No big fanfare just great visiting time…....and some geocaching if I can sneak away!
Three Hundred Eighty (380+) plus miles with the trailer from Coos Bay to Boardman (Morrow county) on Pat’s birthday - just like she dreamed it would be!!! Yeah, right! I hope I made up for it some by arranging the making of a gourmet, gluten-free chocolate birthday cake. Kim actually did most of the legwork - she met us at Mall 205 in Portland to hand off the goods as we were passing through.
I managed to find three caches along the way: One in Portland, one in The Dalles and one in a rest area within 5 miles of our destination.
