Along Tenmile Creek
Headed out shortly after sun up to search out Mackie’s two newest caches - Spruce Hill and Klatawa Klahanie. Both located along Tenmile Creek west of Spinreel campground.
The “trail” along the creek was lined with tall grass and brush dripping with morning dew which resulted in soaked pants from the knees down by the time I got to the first cache. I kept stirring up a variety of birds as I made my way downstream. Ducks, herons and geese mostly.
