First Cache with Grandson

Took my grandson on his first geocache hunt in a local park - Green Acres Romp.  He loved it.

Mt. Adams - HUCKLEBERRIES!!

Celebrating my folks’ 50th wedding anniversary along with two brothers and their families doing one of the things we all have loved for many, many years - camping and eating huckleberries!  We gathered at a little USFS campground (Peterson Prairie) near Trout Lake, WA.  Along with picking huckleberries, we toured the ice caves nearby and found a couple of caches associated with one of the many collapsed lava tubes in the area.

What A Thrill!

Decided to see if there were any geocaches located on the forest where I work.  Yup! (Thrill Ride) This was the day I would be in the vicinity so I loaded the coords and headed out.  Found it fairly easily.  Two down.
